PERSONALITY: Musashi generally is the last sort of person anyone expects to be a hardcore swordmaster upon meeting her. While she does dedicate herself to training and perfecting her technique, the essence of reaching "Zero" ever in her mind and a supreme driving force in her existence as a fencer, but the woman that IS Musashi barely seems to fit the part, despite how she talks about her goals. It's an almost remarkable dichotomy between Muashi the swordsman and Musashi the girl.
Musashi's pride as a swordsman is evident in all that she does, acting with a sort of confidence that feels eased and natural as any other action. She doesn't look down on any opponent, and in fact often gets more excited the more outmatched she may seem, but still rarely loses right of herself as the victor. It's not just because of her Heavenly Eyes, but just something she's earned by being assured of her goals. When she's always striving for something, she never has to worry about what she's facing because she knows she'll grow from it, she'll still reach "Zero" that way.
That ease with her skill allows herself to be a cheerful, bright flower to most she meets. She has a deep love of just having fun, enjoying life and drinking in the essence of it all. She loves noodles, she loves beer and wine, she loves getting drunk and partying with friends and loved ones. She loves reminiscing about times past, she loves making plans for the future, but most of all she loves existing in a perfect moment with the people around her.
She has a tendency to easily fall in love, of course. She has a certain type ("Cute boys and dark-haired beauties!"), of course, but she doesn't limit herself to just that. That tendency makes her not exactly the most faithful romantic partner in the most traditional sense, but she still tries her best to impress and romance the person she's currently focused on. It would be inaccurate to say she's a player, because she does sincerely care about the people she winds up involved with. It'd be closer to the truth to say there's a room in her heart for a lot of different loves.
All of this sort of coalesces into a "banchou" style personality. She lives freely, loves freely, laughs brightly, and fights hard. She has a strong sense of justice, but never lets herself become self-righteous. In fact, she's prone to using dirty tactics in her fights because she doesn't have a lot of scruples with regards to traditional notions of samurai honor, finding it all to be a little too stuffy for her. That being said, she has no tolerance for cruelty or injustice. She says herself that those who trample on the dignity of others are those she cannot tolerate. But she's also willing to get into a fight, serious or friendly, with just about anyone that she thinks she can have fun with, too.
"The Vibrant Flower of Tengen" is the nickname she's earned with all of this being said of her. Full of life, love, and vigor. She'll fight someone, kiss someone, drink with someone, all in a celebration of mortal life, that can end at any moment at the hands of a stronger blade. In that, she feels, is a bit of the essence of "Zero" she seeks so adamantly.

- as a Heroic Spirit, Musashi has much higher physical capabilities than a normal human. She is overall stronger, faster, and sturdier. She is not impervious to injury, and obviously other superhumans can compete with her, but it would be extremely difficult for a normal human being to do so
- Musashi, as per legend, is a genius fencer, specializing in a two-sword style that has become famously known as Niten Ichiryu. In Fate, there's a lot of type-moon babble tied up in explaining this, but her key ability lies in her ability to perceive possibilities through her "Heavenly Eye", allowing her to pick through as many scenarios as she needs to, thousands if needed, to find the one where she prevails, and dedicate herself to achieving that possibility. It doesn't always work, and sometimes the odds are incredibly against her, but she has the ability to make her way.
- The utmost of this is considered the final part of the Book of Five Rings; "The Void", something that is beyond nothing, and lies opposite of infinity (which is a frustrating way to describe the concept, tbh, since that's so vague). The wikia describes it as a sword that establishes a "conclusion" that not even the gods can escape from. It's the ultimate form of her ability, but even beyond that is a type of Nothing simply called 「」 that Musashi achieves at a later canon point, that in using such even risks eliminating her own existence. In terms of Data Scape, this will remain a mostly philosophical concept.
- Musashi also has this weird, barely explained ability to traverse multiple worlds. It seems she's being guided by other forces, but she doesn't really question it. She knows if she runs into a particularly tough obstacle, she'll eventually come across Ritsuka Fujimaru, her Master, and figure a way out of the situation.
- Musashi has a few Noble Phantasms. The first is "Six Realms Five Planes - The Divine Figure of Kurikara", which is just her ultimate attack so to speak, a sword that reaches Zero and cuts directly to the spirit of her opponent by summoning an avatar of Tenman Dai-Jizai Tenjin to assist her blade. She also has the "Oar Wooden Sword", the sword Musashi carved from the boat oar she used in her duel with Sasaki Kojiro, and "Ganyruu-jima", the technique she used to defeat Kojiro (named after the island their duel took place on). She rarely uses the former two as they seem associated more strongly with the "other" Musashi, that she never got to be.
PERSONAL EFFECTS: Her swords. She has four of them. She no longer has the sword Muramasa created for her in Shimosa, and thus won't have it in Datascape. Her Noble Phantasms are metaphysical and thus need only be summoned, not carried. There's also all the gear she has in her Swimsuit Berserker mode, but again, those are metaphysical and are summoned. Honestly, all of a Heroic Spirit's gear is metaphysical. Convenient!
